Part-Time Bilingual Operations Assistant

Taipei · In-Person / Part-Time · Flexible Hours / NT$1,000 / Hour / English & Mandarin

Liang Bridge is a Taiwan-registered B2B trading company sourcing precision electronic and laboratory components from verified Taiwan manufacturers for research institutions and universities across Australia and global markets. We are a small, serious startup with an international focus, building our team carefully.

Core Requirement — Non-Negotiable

You must have solid, working knowledge of one or more product categories below and be able to speak the language of our suppliers with confidence, assess quality, and identify the right manufacturer for a specific requirement.

What You Will Do

  • Handle Mandarin supplier communications, including phone outreach, follow-up calls, and negotiation support
  • Draft and review Chinese-language business emails and correspondence
  • Attend supplier meetings and trade shows as a bilingual technical intermediary
  • Evaluate suppliers and products using your technical knowledge to identify quality and flag risks
  • Organize and manage company documents in Chinese
  • Support general business operations as the company grows

What We Are Looking For

  • Native or near-native Mandarin speaker with strong written Chinese ability
  • Technical background in electronics, electrochemistry, or laboratory equipment — work or academic
  • Basic to conversational English required; fluent English is a strong advantage
  • Professional, reliable, and trustworthy — this role involves sensitive business communications
  • Based in Taipei and available for in-person work on a flexible schedule
  • Prior experience in trading or import/export is a bonus; motivated fresh graduates equally welcome
